These terms govern the use of the website motvivo.com, operated by LuxArte Ltd, Michail Koutsofta, 17, Anarita 8502, Cyprus, company registration no. HE 465325, VAT ID 60097364M (“LuxArte”, “we”).

1. The website

The website informs about MOTVIVO. Its content is provided for general information; we take care to keep it accurate but do not guarantee that it is complete or up to date. Features, plans and prices may change.

2. Using MOTVIVO

Clubs that use MOTVIVO do so under a separate written customer agreement with LuxArte, which takes precedence over these terms. Members who book through a club’s booking page do so under that club’s own terms; LuxArte provides the technology.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the website in a way that damages it or interferes with others’ use, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or to our systems, or use automated means to extract its content.

4. Intellectual property

The website, the MOTVIVO name and logo, texts, images and software are protected and belong to LuxArte or its licensors. You may view and share the pages for your own information; any other use needs our prior written permission.

5. Links

The website may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content.

6. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise, to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage arising from the use of this website or its information.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. The courts of the Republic of Cyprus have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
