Pay yearly and get 2 months free (€190 or €490 a year). Every new club gets 30 days of Studio, then continues on Free unless it upgrades. Active members are customers who booked, held a membership or bought credits in the last 90 days.

Is the Free plan really free?
Yes, with no time limit. It runs a small studio properly: up to 20 active members, one staff account, unlimited classes and the booking app for your members. If you take payments online, a small fee applies per payment (below).
What does it cost to take payments online?
Payments go straight into your own Stripe account. Stripe charges its usual card fees, and MOTVIVO adds a small fee per online payment: 2% on Free, 1% on Studio and 0.5% on Club. Sales at your front desk have no MOTVIVO fee.
What counts as an active member?
A customer who booked a class, held a membership or bought credits in the last 90 days. Old contacts and inactive members don’t count, so your history never pushes you over a limit.
What happens if I go over a limit?
Nothing breaks: your existing members keep booking. We let you know as you approach a limit; only when you’re clearly over it do new sign-ups pause until you upgrade. On Free, booking emails pause for the rest of the month after 300; booking itself keeps working.
What happens after the 30-day trial?
Your club continues on Free automatically. Challenges, gift vouchers, room booking, reminders and full insights switch off; everything else stays exactly as it was.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, any time. Moving up takes effect straight away.
How do I pay?
We invoice monthly or yearly for now. Card payments are on the roadmap.
Do my members pay anything?
No. The booking app is free for your members.
