BookyWay now charges for every client on your records, active or not, billed three or twelve months at a time. MOTVIVO counts only members who are active, bills monthly, and moves your club across for you.

You pay for active members
A member counts when they booked, had a membership or got credits in the last 90 days. Old contacts and people who stopped coming are free, so your history never raises your price.
Trainers are free
Instructors who only teach don’t use a staff account. Only admins, managers and front desk staff count towards your plan.
Monthly, cancel any time
Pay monthly, or yearly with two months free. Cancel any time; your plan runs to the end of the period you’ve paid for.
Your history stays
Members, bookings and credits are kept, never deleted to fit a plan. Members see their past bookings, and you can download your data as spreadsheets yourself, any time.
Sell more than credit packs
Memberships, class packs, drop-in and a pay-later credit line, plus gift vouchers and a desk till on paid plans. Numbered receipts show VAT once you add your VAT number.

Switch without paying twice
For clubs moving from BookyWay.
- We honour what you’ve already paid. MOTVIVO Studio or Club is free until your paid BookyWay period ends, for up to six months. Show us your latest BookyWay invoice and we confirm the date in writing. For clubs that switch by 31 January 2027.
- We move your club for you, free. Send us your member list and we import your members, their credits with expiry dates, and membership end dates.
- You choose the day. Nothing reaches your members until you say go; then they get an invitation and keep their credits.

Send us your member list
Export your client list from BookyWay (Excel is fine) and send it to us. We import members, credit balances with expiry and membership end dates, and show you the result before anything goes live.
Go live on your day
We set up your timetable, memberships and packs with you. On the day you choose, members get an invitation, set a password and book; their credits are waiting.

Do my members need to download a new app?
No store download is needed. Members open your club’s booking page and add it to their home screen in a few taps; it opens like an app, with your club’s name and icon on paid plans (MOTVIVO’s during the free trial). Notifications work on Android and on iPhone from iOS 16.4.
What comes across from BookyWay?
Members with their contact details, credit balances with their expiry dates, and membership end dates. Passwords don’t move: members set a new one from their invitation. Future bookings don’t move either; once your timetable is in MOTVIVO, members book again in a few taps.
My instructors all need logins. What does that cost?
Nothing extra. Trainers who only teach are free on every plan. Only admins, managers and front desk staff count towards your plan’s staff accounts.
I’ve already paid BookyWay for the next months.
Then MOTVIVO Studio or Club is free until that period ends, for up to six months, so you don’t pay twice. Show us your latest BookyWay invoice on the switch call. The offer is for clubs that switch by 31 January 2027.
Can my members pay online?
Yes. Payments go straight into your own Stripe account: class packs, memberships, drop-in and gift vouchers, by card and the wallets you switch on in Stripe, such as Apple Pay and Google Pay. Numbered receipts are included.
Is there a contract?
No lock-in. Pay monthly or yearly (two months free) and cancel any time from Settings; your plan runs to the end of the period you’ve paid for. Your data is yours and you can download it whenever you like.
Which languages does MOTVIVO speak?
MOTVIVO is in English today. Tell us if your members need another language; it helps us decide what comes next.
