Room booking that rents out every space, by the hour
Sauna, private studio, treatment room or court: members book any free time, and you never double-book a space.
What you get
Less admin, more of what you love
Everything below is part of MOTVIVO, with no add-ons to buy.
Any free time, booked online
Set opening hours and how often bookings can start; members pick a free time in the booking app.
Prep and clean-up built in
Time before and after each booking is kept free, so the room is always ready.
Shared or private
Let several people share a space, or make one booking take the whole room.
No clashes with classes
Classes scheduled in the same space block it automatically.

Questions
What clubs ask about rooms & facilities

How do members pay for a room?
Like a class: with a membership that includes it, credits, or a drop-in price.
Can I see room bookings separately?
Yes. Room bookings have their own view in the calendar, never mixed in with your classes.
Which plans include room booking?
Room booking is part of the paid plans. See the pricing page.
Works well with
One system, every part connected
Each part of MOTVIVO knows about the others, so nothing is typed twice.
Class booking
Members book in two taps, day or night, in an app with your name on it. Waitlists, reminders and cancellations look after themselves, so you stop chasing people and start teaching.
Timetable & scheduling
Build your week once and it repeats by itself. Move a class with a drag, see clashes before they happen, and plan from your phone as easily as from your desk.
Memberships & class packs
Monthly memberships for regulars, class packs for the flexible, drop-in for visitors and pay-later for the trusted few. Clear for members, simple for you, and every balance adds up.
