MOTVIVOFeatures · Class booking
Class booking software that fills every class
Members book in two taps, day or night, in an app with your name on it. Waitlists, reminders and cancellations look after themselves, so you stop chasing people and start teaching.
What you get
Less admin, more of what you love
Everything below is part of MOTVIVO, with no add-ons to buy.
Booked in two taps
Your timetable in your own booking app, with your photos and your club’s name. Members see what a class costs them before they book, and can pay and book in one go.
Full classes stay full
When a class is full, members join the waitlist. If someone cancels, the next person is moved in and told, without you lifting a finger.
Fewer empty mats
Booking confirmations, optional reminders before class and a link that adds the class to their phone’s calendar. Members choose what they hear about.
Your rules, applied fairly
Set how far ahead people can book and until when they can cancel for free. Late cancellations and no-shows follow your rules, the same for everyone.
In the studio or at home
Any class can also run online with its own join link, for members whose membership includes it, on top of the spaces in the room.
What do no-shows cost you?
Put in your own numbers and see how many booked spots stay empty in a year, and what the ones in full classes are worth.

Questions
What clubs ask about class booking
Anything else? Book a demo and ask us directly.
Do my members need to download an app?
No store download is needed. Members open your club’s booking page and add it to their home screen in a few taps; it then opens like an app.
Can I book members in myself?
Yes. Your front desk can book anyone into a class, add walk-ins and move people from the waitlist, from a computer, tablet or phone.
Can people without a membership book?
Yes. Give a class a drop-in price and visitors pay for that one class when they book, online or at the desk.
Works well with
One system, every part connected
Each part of MOTVIVO knows about the others, so nothing is typed twice.
Timetable & scheduling
Build your week once and it repeats by itself. Move a class with a drag, see clashes before they happen, and plan from your phone as easily as from your desk.
Memberships & class packs
Monthly memberships for regulars, class packs for the flexible, drop-in for visitors and pay-later for the trusted few. Clear for members, simple for you, and every balance adds up.
Check-in
Type a name, tap Here, next. Walk-ins are added in seconds, the list updates itself as members book, and every visit counts towards their progress.
Online payments
Members buy packs, memberships and gift vouchers in your booking app, and the money goes straight into your own account. No chasing, no cash box at the end of the day.
